On June 11, 2017, Dr. John L. M. Hughes, a director of CSG Systems International, Inc. (“CSG” or the “Company”), passed away. Dr. Hughes had served on CSG’s Board of Directors since 2011.  He was a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee at the time of his passing.

CSG is extremely grateful for Dr. Hughes’ dedication and service to the Company and extends its sincerest condolences to Dr. Hughes’ family.
