Meeting of Shareholders (the Annual Meeting). At the close of
business on March9, 2017, the voting record date, there were
2,742,242 CSB common shares outstanding and entitled to vote. At
the Annual Meeting, 1,894,516, or 69.1%, of the outstanding
common shares entitled to vote were represented by proxy or in
person.
