Galen Vetter resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Crossroads Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) to focus on his other professional obligations, effective June 26, 2017. Mr. Vetter served as the chair of the Company’s audit committee. Mr. Vetter’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement related to any matter involving the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

On June 27, 2017, the Board appointed Hannah M. Bible to serve on the Company’s audit committee and also appointed Robert G. Pearse as the chair of the audit committee.
