Nemadji Manufacturing announced a hemp toll processing deal with CROP Infrastructure Corp. (CSE: CROP) (OTC: CRXPF).

Under the deal, CROP will provide Nemadji with raw material in the form of dried hemp-CBD biomass, in exchange for a portion of the finished oil end product, according to a Nemadji statement.

The raw material will be finished cannabis from CROP’s Humboldt County farm which is currently flowering 10,000 square foot of canopy for a late stage harvest and is working on the permitting for its 2019 expansion including a proposed 30,000 square foot automated greenhouse facility, CROP said in a statement.

Nemadji offers hemp toll processing contracts, and splits, for the creation of CBD isolate and distillate end products. The company processes up to 10 tons of hemp biomass into CBD products for its clients per day.

CROP is focused on cannabis branding and real estate assets. The company’s portfolio of projects includes cultivation properties in California, two in Washington, a Nevada Cannabis farm, and joint ventures on West Hollywood and San Bernardino dispensary apps with international focuses in Jamaica and Italy.
