On March8, 2017, the Board of Directors (the Board) of CoreSite
Realty Corporation (the Company) approved and adopted an
amendment and restatement of the Companys Bylaws (the Amended and
Restated Bylaws). The Amended and Restated Bylaws provide the
Companys stockholders, to the same extent as the Board, the power
to amend the Companys Bylaws if such amendment is approved by a
majority of all the votes entitled to be cast on the matter.
