On December 20, 2018, CoreLogic, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a strategic plan related to its appraisal management services operation and intended exit from certain non-core software units. The Company has not yet reviewed whether the actions proposed will require an impairment of one or more of its assets.
