Effective September 6, 2017, James J. Metcalf Jr., resigned as Senior Vice President – Operations of Contango Oil & Gas Company (the “Company”) to pursue other interests. Mr. Metcalf’s resignation was not due to any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, practices or otherwise.Mr. Metcalf’s responsibilities will be assumed by Jay S. Mengle, the Company’s Senior Vice President – Engineering.
