On July 2, 2018, Maureen C. Clark resigned employment as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Office of Community West Bank (Bank), the subsidiary of Community West Bancshares (Company), effective July 20, 2018. Ms. Clark will assist in the transition to the successor and maintain a relationship with the bank in a consulting capacity.
In the interim, the duties of this executive position will be discharged by Martin E. Plourd, President and Chief Executive Officer, and/or other members of the Company’s executive team.
