On January23, 2019, Comcast Corporation (“Comcast”) issued a press release reporting the results of its operations for the three and twelve months ended December31, 2018. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit99.1. Exhibit99.2 sets forth the reasons Comcast believes that presentation of the non-GAAP financial measures contained in the press release provides useful information to investors regarding Comcast’s results of operations and financial condition.
