Coeur Mining, Inc. (Coeur) held its 2017 Annual Meeting of
Stockholders on May 9, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois (the Annual
Meeting). Coeurs stockholders voted on the following four
proposals at the Annual Meeting. The number of votes cast for and
against each proposal and the number of abstentions and broker
non-votes are set forth below.
Proposal 1. Election of Directors
The stockholders elected the following eight individuals to
Coeurs Board of Directors for one-year terms expiring at the 2018
Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The voting results were as

Based on these results, and consistent with Coeurs
recommendation, Coeurs Board of Directors has determined that
Coeur will hold an advisory vote on executive compensation every
year.
