(the “Company”) received a notice fromthe New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) confirming that the Company hasregained compliancewith the NYSE’s minimum share price listing requirement. Section802.01C of the NYSE Listed Company Manual requires the average closing price of the Company’s common stock to be at least$1.00per share over any 30 consecutive trading day period. The Company regained compliance after its average share price for the 30 consecutive trading days was above $1.00.
