On September 5, 2018, Joseph Rosenberg provided notice to the Registrant that he will be retiring from the Registrant's Board of Directors effective December 31, 2018. Mr. Rosenberg has served on the Board since 1995 as a representative of Loews Corporation, majority owner of the Registrant. The Registrant is grateful for Mr. Rosenberg's many years of service.
