As previously reported, on February 24, 2017, the Company filed a
Certificate of Change with the Secretary of State of the State of
Nevada which (i) effected a one-for-four reverse split and (ii)
reduced the number of authorized shares of common stock, par
value $0.001 per share, from 50,000,000 to 12,500,000. The
reverse split and change in authorized common stock was approved
by the board of directors on February 22, 2017.
The reverse split will become effective in the marketplace on
March 20, 2017. No fractional shares shall be issued. Any
fractional shares will be rounded up to the next higher whole
number of shares.
