On June27, 2017, Civista Bancshares, Inc. issued a press release
announcing it has been included in the Russell 2000 Index. A copy
of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Civista Bancshares, Inc. is a $1.6 billion financial holding
company headquartered in Sandusky, Ohio. The Companys banking
subsidiary, Civista Bank, operates 29 locations in Northern,
Mid-Central and Southwestern Ohio.
