Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory
Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January4, 2017, each of Klaus Oestermann, Senior Vice
President and General Manager, Delivery Networks, and Jesse
Lipson, Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Cloud
Services, of Citrix Systems, Inc. (Citrix), announced and
informed Citrix that he will be leaving the company on March31,
2017.

Item8.01 Other Events.

On January6, 2017, Citrix issued a press release announcing
details relating to the spin-off of its GoTo family of service
offerings and subsequent merger of such business with a
subsidiary of LogMeIn, Inc. (LogMeIn), a copy of which is
attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Completion of the spin-off and the merger remain subject to
various closing conditions, including approval of the transaction
by LogMeIns stockholders.
