Citizens & Northern Corporation (the “Company”) announced unaudited, consolidated financial results for the three-month and annual periods ended December 31, 2018. ITEM 8.01. Other Events
On January 17, 2019, the Company’s Board of Directors declared cash dividends on its common stock totaling $0.37 per share, including a regular quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share and a special dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividends are payable February 8, 2019 to shareholders of record as of January 28, 2019. The Company announced the dividend in the press release which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
