On April 27, 2020, Citius Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release to announce that it had submitted to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration a pre-IND meeting request under the FDA’s Coronavirus Treatment Acceleration Program for a novel stem cell therapy for acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
