NASDAQ Stock Market LLC that the previously disclosed market
value of publicly held securities deficiency relating to the
Companys Class A Common Stock has been cured, that the Company is
in compliance with all applicable Nasdaq listing criteria, and,
as a result, the Nasdaq listing matter has been closed.
