(b) On February 11, 2017, a named executive officer, M. Sean Radcliffe, notified Ciber, Inc. (the “Company”), of his resignation as the Company’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, to accept a position as General Counsel of another public company. Mr. Radcliffe’s resignation will be effective as of February 24, 2017.
