Effective December 12, 2016, Kirsten B. (“Kerry”) David, 50, has been named General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer on an interim basis for Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. (the “Company”), replacing Richard E. Chandler, Jr., who left the Company for personal reasons. Ms. David has worked for the Company for sixteen years as an attorney in various capacities, including most recently as the Company’s Chief Compliance Counsel.
Walter G. Browning, 68, is replacing Mr. Chandler in his role as corporate secretary for an interim period.
