(b) On August 21, 2019, Larry S. Spitcaufsky submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of Chanticleer Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Chanticleer”) effective immediately.
Mr. Spitcaufsky’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with Chanticleer on any matter relating to Chanticleer’s operations, policies or practices.
