On October 16, 2017, Champion’s Oncology, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of the Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The following matters were submitted to a vote of the stockholders at the Annual Meeting and the voting results were as follows, there being no broker non-votes for any matter:

1. Election of Directors. The seven director nominees named in the Company's 2017 proxy statement were elected to serve for a one-year term expiring at the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders or until their successors are duly elected and qualified, based upon the following votes:

Champions Oncology, Inc. is engaged in the development and sale of technology solutions and products to personalize the development and use of oncology drugs. The Company has two business segments: Personalized Oncology Solutions (POS) and Translational Oncology Solutions (TOS). The POS segment provides physicians and patients information to help guide the development of personalized treatment plans. The TOS segment provides services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies seeking personalized approaches to drug development.
