On July28, 2017, Cenveo, Inc. (the "Company") provided written notice to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) of the Company’s intention to voluntarily withdraw its common stock from listing and trading on NYSE which is anticipated to be effective after the close of trading on or about August7, 2017, and to transfer its listing to The NASDAQ Global Market (“NASDAQ”) and commence trading thereon on or about August8, 2017. The Company’s common stock has been approved for listing on NASDAQ and will trade under the stock symbol “CVO.”

Also on July28, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing the voluntary withdraw of its common stock from the NYSE and its move to NASDAQ. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
