On May 19, 2017, Cellular Biomedicine Group, Inc. issued a press
release announcing that an abstract exploring the application of
B-cell antigen, CD20, for targeted Chimeric Antigen Receptor T
cells (CAR-T) therapy has been accepted for publication in
conjunction with the 2017 American Society of Clinical Oncology
(ASCO) Annual Meeting in Chicago to be held from June 2 to June
6, 2017. A copy of the press release and the abstract is attached
hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.
