On February 27, 2017, Cellular Biomedicine Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has been awarded a $2.29 million grant from the California Institution for Regenerative Medicine to support the Company’s pre-clinical studies of stem cell therapy for treating Knee Osteoarthritis.
