On June 1, 2017, Cellular Biomedicine Group, Inc. (the “Company”) authorized a share repurchase program (the “Share Repurchase Program”), to which the Company may, from time to time, purchase shares of its common stock for an aggregate purchase price not to exceed $10 million. Share repurchases may be executed in open market transactions to a plan adopted in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) and in accordance with Rule 10b-18 of the Exchange Act. The authorization for the Share Repurchase Program may be terminated by the Company in its discretion at any time.
