Condition.

On February16, 2017, CBIZ, Inc. (the Company) issued a press
release announcing its financial results for the three and twelve
months ended December31, 2016. A copy of the press release is
furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. A transcript of CBIZs
earnings conference call held on February16, 2017 is furnished
herewith as Exhibit 99.2. The exhibits contain, and may
implicate, forward-looking statements regarding the Company and
include cautionary statements identifying important factors that
could cause actual results to differ materially from those
anticipated.

The Company typically states same-unit revenue growth for the
Financial Services and the Benefits and Insurance Services
practice groups for both quarter and full-year periods in its
quarterly conference call.This information was inadvertently not
stated for the Benefits and Insurance practice group on the
conference call held February16, 2017. The same-unit revenue
growth for the Benefits and Insurance Services practice group was
(1.3%) for the fourth-quarter, and (2.5%) for the full-year,
2016.
