On May 1, 2017, Cardtronics plc (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Dan Antilley as the Company’s Chief Information Security Officer, effective May 30, 2017. Mr. Antilley comes to the Company following a career of more than 16 years in information security at Bank of America, including most recently serving as its Senior Vice President, Global Information Security Operations Executive.
The appointment of Mr. Antilley coincides with the previously announced planned retirement later this year of Gerardo Garcia, current Chief Information Security Officer of the Company. Mr. Garcia will formally retire later this year after assisting the Company through a transitional period.
