The first harvest from the initial three rooms is expected in early December.

Ikänik Farms has received required licenses to begin construction of its cannabis camp in Adelanto, Calif. The company expects to commence the first phase of the facility’s buildout within 45 days. The first phase is expected to complete in January 2020.

Flower One Holdings (CSE: FONE) (OTCQX: FLOOF) has filed a preliminary short form base shelf prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada except Québec. The shelf prospectus will allow the company to offer up to US$250 million of common shares, debt securities, subscription receipts, units, warrants, or any combination thereof, from time to time during the 25-month period after the applicable Canadian securities regulatory authorities have issued a receipt for the final prospectus.

Trulieve Cannabis (CSE: TRUL) (OTCQX: TCNNF) is opening the doors of its first dispensary in the community of Destin, Fla. The dispensary will offer THC and CBD products available in a variety of delivery methods, including smokable cannabis, concentrates, tinctures, topical creams, vaporizers, and more. The company presently operates 35 other dispensaries throughout the state, including in the nearby communities of Pensacola and Tallahassee.
