OTC Markets Group (OTCQX: OTCM), the operator of financial markets for 10,000 U.S. and global securities, announced that Heritage Cannabis Holdings (CSE: CANN) (OTCQX: HERTFhas qualified to trade on the OTCQX Best Market. The company was upgraded to OTCQX from the Pink market.

Green Growth Brands (CSE: GGB) (OTCQB: GGBXF) completed the acquisition of a Pahrump, Nevada cultivation facility operated by Wellness Orchards of Nevada and Panorama WON for roughly $13.37 million. The company has also raised gross proceeds of $45.5 million through a private placement of convertible debt in the form of 15% secured convertible debentures at US$1,000 per debenture and with a conversion price equivalent to C$7.00 per common share. The net proceeds of the debenture financing will be used for general corporate and working capital purposes.

Criticality, a North Carolina-based industrial hemp company, launched its professional line of cannabidiol products under the brand name “Korent Select.” The Korent Select 1500mg CBD oil drops are featured in three variants: Unflavored, Vanilla Berry and Rosemary Mint. The full-spectrum solutions are administered orally via an included calibrated dropper for precise measurements. The Korent Select 200mg CBD liniments come in cooling and warming variants for joints and muscles. The Select line also features a moisturizing CBD salve at a 400 mg concentration for localized application.

Organigram Holdings (TSX VENTURE: OGI) (OTCQX: OGRMFannounced a $15 million investment commitment in a high-speed, high-capacity, fully-automated production line with the ability to produce an estimated 4 million kilograms of exceptional chocolate cannabis edibles per year. The company expects to take delivery of the line in the fall.

48North Cannabis (TSXV: NRTH) said that it is set to produce over 40,000 kilograms of outdoor-grown organic cannabis this year. The company received its outdoor cultivation license from Health Canada for its 100-acre organic farm, located in Brant County, Ontario. Good Farm will become one of the largest-ever licensed cannabis operations in the world.
