Aurora Cannabis (NYSE: ACB) (TSX: ACB) issued an update on its investment in Choom Holdings (CSE: CHOO), a consumer cannabis company having one of the largest retail networks in Canada. “Choom has demonstrated a strong commitment to rapidly executing its strategic growth plans by developing a sophisticated retail channel across Western Canada while diversifying their operations through further expansion into Ontario,” Aurora CEO Terry Booth said in a statement.

SLANG Worldwide (OTCMKTS:SLGWF), a cannabis consumer packaged goods company, has formed a partnership with Southern Development Holdings to offer its branded cannabis products to patients across Puerto Rico. The partnership grants SDH an exclusive license in Puerto Rico to the SLANG product suite.

48North Cannabis Corp. (OTCMKTS:NCNNF) has signed a licensing agreement with U.S.-based Arbor Pacific to launch its Avitas brand in Canada. Avitas, available in more than 500 stores in Washington, Oregon and Colorado, is one of the best-selling single strain vaporizer cartridges in the U.S.

Flower One Holdings (CSE: FONE) (OTCQB: FLOOF) announced the price and terms of its overnight marketed public offering of up to 50,000 convertible debenture units. Per debenture unit price is C$1,000 and the offering size is C$50 million.

In a separate statement, Flower One Holdings reported a licensing agreement and partnership with cannabis technology and hardware brand Grenco Science (G Pen). Flower One is now licensed to sell, distribute and integrate G Pen’ hardware with new cannabis products.

Surna (OTCQB: SRNA), a designer, engineer and manufacturer of environmental control and air sanitation systems for commercial, state- and provincial-regulated indoor cannabis cultivation facilities, has sent a letter to shareholders. The letter outlines a series of inter-related strategic initiatives that the company intends to pursue during 2019 and 2020. The letter is available on the company’s website.

Helix TCS (OTCQB: HLIX) said that its BioTrackTHC subsidiary has deployed North Dakota’s government medical cannabis traceability system that will track and trace the state’s medical cannabis supply chain for compliance and regulatory oversight.
