Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On July 25, 2017 the Board of Directors of Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the appointment of Nicholas Parrinelli as Principal Accounting Officer of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, The Bridgehampton National Bank (the “Bank”). Mr. Parrinelli replaces Katherine O’Brien, who is relinquishing her position as Principal Accounting Officer.

Mr. Parrinelli (age 49) has served as Vice President and Director of Financial Reporting of the Company since June 2017. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Parrinelli was a Director of Accounting at American International Group. Mr. Parrinelli is a Certified Public Accountant.
