On July27, 2017, Blucora, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the quarter ended June30, 2017. Copies of the press release and a supplemental investor presentation are furnished to, but not filed with, the Securities and Exchange Commission as Exhibits99.1 and 99.2 hereto.

The press release includes non-GAAP financial measures as that term is defined in Regulation G.
