BlockEx And GB Capital Markets Collaborates To Open Token Sales To Accredited US Investors

BlockEx and GB Capital Markets Inc. have teamed up to provide accredited US investors issuers access to the exchange platform of BlockExMarkets.com. According to the agreement, the digital asset exchange provider for institutional-grade financial markets participants will provide its European Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) technology to those who want to connect with the US accredited investors on the GBCM platform.

GBCM is a FINRA-registered broker-dealer and an investment banking firm known for arranging finance for its crypto and non-crypto clients. The Californian based company also provides services related to mergers and acquisitions and has an established network of institutional capital providers.

BlockEx To List ICO From B21 On BlockExMarket.com

Recently, BlockEx also made an important announcement regarding its ICO. According to the report, the London-based company will list the ICO from personal wealth management platform B21 on its BlockExMarket.com trading exchange. According to the co-founder of B21, Miles Paschini, they want to make investing and managing a portfolio of cryptocurrencies easily available to everyone. He said that the company is developing a simple innovative application that will just solve the purpose. He further added that B21 is excited to know that BlockEx is listing its ICO and want those interested to read the company’s whitepaper and proposition on BlockExMarkets.com.

The BlockExMarkets.com is the digital asset exchange of BlockEx that brings the crypto and the traditional capital markets together wherein traders can participate through both general sales and ICO pre-sales.

BlockEx To Open European ICOs To US Purchasers

The collaboration with GBCM is expected to offer a big advantage to the US accredited investors. According to the CEO at BlockEx, Adam Leonard, “We are delighted that the European market for ICOs and other digital asset tokens will now be open to US purchasers in a way that is compliant with US law. We expect the service to be available within 90 days.” The President at GBCM, Scott Rothman stated that both the companies, BlockEx and GB Capital Markets believe the digital assets’ market should be well regulated. He further added that they are happy for bringing this partnership to the US.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) is currently trading at $7,533.21, raised by 1.26%.

Ethereum (ETH-USD) is trading at $606.59 raised 5.90% and Ripple (XRP-USD) is trading at $0.62 raised 1.15%.
