On February 27, 2017, Bionik Laboratories Corp. (the Registrant)
entered into Allonge #3 to Secured Promissory Note (the Allonge),
with Park Hill Capital Inc., to which the maturity date of the
secured promissory note referred to in the Allonge was extended
until July 1, 2017.
The foregoing description of the Allonge is not complete and is
subject to and qualified in its entirety by reference to the
Allonge, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this Form
8-K, and is incorporated herein by reference.
