On June 22, 2017, Bed Bath Beyond Inc. (the Company) issued a
press release announcing the Companys financial results for its
fiscal first quarter ended May 27, 2017. A copy of this press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated
herein by reference.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

The Companys June 22, 2017 press release further announced that
its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $.15
per share, to be paid on October 17, 2017 to shareholders of
record as of the close of business on September 15, 2017.

Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. is a retailer, which operates under the names Bed Bath & Beyond (BBB), Christmas Tree Shops, Christmas Tree Shops andThat! or andThat!
