On March 22, 2017, Astoria Financial Corporation (the “Company”) announced that their Board of Directors changed the Record Date for their upcoming June 7, 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to April 13, 2017 from April 14, 2017 due to the fact that April 14 is a NYSE holiday and the markets are closed.
