The Company reported net loss attributable to common shareholders of $8.5 million, or $0.23 per diluted common share, and non-GAAP core operating income of $6.5 million, or $0.18 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2019.  The Company reported book value of $7.35 per common share as of September 30, 2019.

The Company acquires and holds a levered portfolio of residential mortgage-backed securities (MBS), consisting of agency MBS and private-label MBS.
