On April 26, 2017, Lawrence E. Bullock, our chief financial officer, notified us of his intention to retire in the near future. We have initiated a comprehensive search to identify candidates to succeed Mr. Bullock. He has indicated his willingness to continue to serve the company and facilitate a smooth transition to his successor.
