On March 29, 2019, Richard J. Meelia, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Apollo Endosurgery, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his decision not to stand for re-election at the Company’s 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Meelia’s decision is not due to any disagreement with the Company.
