Other Events.

On December 16, 2016, Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (the
Company) issued a press release (the Press Release) announcing
that its board of directors declared a dividend of $0.15 per
share on the Companys common stock for the fourth quarter of
2016. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to
this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by
reference.
