(the Company) filed a prospectus supplement (the Prospectus Supplement) to its effective registration statement on Form S-3 (File No.333-207600) registering shares of the Companys common stock, $0.001 par value per share, issuable to its purchase agreement with Lincoln Park Capital Fund, LLC. This Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed solely to include the opinion of counsel attached hereto as Exhibit 5.1 with respect to the legality of the shares issuable to the Prospectus Supplement.
