(b) On June 1, 2017, Robert Swanson notified Analog Devices, Inc. (the “Company”) that he has decided not to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors due to personal reasons, effective immediately. Mr. Swanson’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company, and he will be available to the Company for consultation.
