On March 16, 2017, Margaret Georgiadis resigned from the Board of Directors of Amyris, Inc. due to other professional commitments and potential auditor conflicts resulting from her recent appointment as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Mattel, Inc.
