issued a press release (the Press Release) announcing that it had
completed its previously announced redemption of all of its
outstanding 7.25% senior unsecured notes due 2019 (the Notes). In
accordance with the redemption provisions of the Notes and the
Indenture dated as of June 10, 2009 between the Company and the
Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee, the
Notes were redeemed at a price equal to approximately 112.0854%
of the principal amount. In addition, the Company paid accrued
and unpaid interest on the Notes up to, but excluding, February
10, 2017.

by reference.
