On September25, 2017, American International Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing changes to the Company’s organizational structure and reporting segments. As a result of the change in structure, Robert S. Schimek, Executive Vice President – Commercial of the Company will be leaving the Company effective October31, 2017.
