On January 20, 2017, the Board of Directors of Amber Road, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from Cho Ying Davy Ho of his resignation from the Board effective February 28, 2017. Mr. Ho, who recently retired after a long career with the Swire group of companies, resigned due to personal reasons, including the rigors of travel from the People’s Republic of China to the United States for his participation in Director and Company activities. Mr. Ho’s resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
