Almost Never Films Inc. (the “Company”), amended its Articles of Incorporation with the State of Nevada in order to effectuate a 1 for 40 reverse stock split and change the authorized shares of common stock to 25,000,000 (the “Amendments”). The board of directors of the Company ratified the Amendments on August 9, 2017. The shareholders of the Company approved of the Amendments by written consent on August 9, 2017. The Amendments became effective on September 11, 2017. FINRA approved the reverse stock split on September 13, 2017.
