On June 20, 2017, Alliance Data Systems Corporation issued a
press release announcing that its Columbus, Ohio-based card
services business, a premier provider of branded private label,
co-brand, and commercial credit programs, has signed a new
multi-year agreement to provide private label credit card
services for Diamonds International. A copy of this press release
is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
