Item 5.02 Departure of Certain Officers

On November 19, 2018, the Board of Directors of All For One Media Corp. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Howard Kra as its Chief Operating Officer.Mr. Kra has no disputes with the Company, and entered into a Separation Agreement with the Company upon his departure.
